Dr. Singh is a board-certified primary care physician based in Ellicott City, MD.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Cleveland Clinic Health Systems and is a former Medical Director of inpatient medicine at Carroll Hospital Center, Westminster, MD. Prior to joining Physcian Associates, he also worked as an Internal Medicine physician at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
